For those who are interested in a Choctaw Bowmen Archery Club membership please read the below information. The first step to obtain a membership is to click on the membership tab at the top of this page. Please read through all the requirements and membership fees to obtaining a club membership. Once you have read the membership requirements you will find four forms at the bottom of the membership page. Please click and download all four forms. These forms are required to be filled out by the new member(s) and brought with them to the scheduled meeting with the Vice President. Once you have downloaded these forms, printed them out and filled in all the required information, the next step is to click on the contact us tab at the top of the screen. Fill out the contact us page and let us know that you are ready to schedule an appointment with the Vice President. The appointment will be held at the Choctaw Bowmen archery range with the Vice President. You will be required to bring the following items to the meeting.
