The Choctaw Bowmen Archery Club (CBAC) is happy to announce that we have a new range
available for use and that we are currently soliciting civilian club
members. In the past our range had
restricted access due to Air Force concerns. Happily, this is changed now that we have a
new range available for use. At this time our new range is currently located off of
State Highway 85
north, slightly north and east of the Brandt Pond sign. Please click on directions at the top of this page. Our facilities support a practice range with targets at ten yard
increments from 20 Yards out to 80 Yards. We also have broadhead targets set at 20 and 30 yards. If you are new to the area and want to get your archery tackle tuned up
for the upcoming hunting season, please consider our offer and seriously
consider joining the Choctaw Bowmen. We
have been in operation for over 50 years and we are one of the oldest bow clubs
in the state of
Florida.

JUST HARVESTED A DEER NOW WHAT???

I can do what the customer wants. I can take out the back straps and grind the rest, grind the front quarters and steak the rears. I will dress the beast, but I would prefer it to come done. I do have a walk in, but space is limited so I need quick turn around on pick up. I can freeze the meat too. I can vacuum seal the steaks. I can either bag the grind in zip locks or pack it in either 1 lb or 2 lb plastic. The cost depends on all the factors. The cheapest is gutted, back straps and full grind in zip locks for $60.00. Everything else cost more, Vacuum seal is the most expensive because the bags are expensive and its time consuming.

30.00 steak the rear
$50.00 Steak & Vacuum the rear & straps 3-5 steaks per bag
$20.00 - $25.00 Pack the grind in plastic
$10.00 Freeze
I can take one anytime, just call ahead. I can either meet them somewhere or they can come to my house or business.
