Choctaw Bowmen Membership

For those who are interested in a Choctaw Bowmen Archery Club membership please read the below information. Please read through all the requirements and membership fees to obtaining a club membership. Once you have read the membership requirements you will find four forms at the bottom of the membership page. Please click and download all four forms. These forms are required to be filled out by the new member(s) and brought with them to the scheduled meeting with the President or Vice President. Once you have downloaded these forms, printed them out and filled in all the required information, the next step is to click on the contact us tab at the top of the screen. Fill out the contact us page and let us know that you are ready to schedule an appointment with the President or Vice President. The appointment will be held at the Choctaw Bowmen archery range with the President or Vice President. You will be required to bring the following items to the meeting. All four forms filled out by each member and the appropriate membership feess. If you have any questions about the membership process, please click on contact us.

1. DOD Affiliated member, any member possessing a valid Department of Defense Identification card.

A DOD affiliated member is the only club member who will be authorized access to the lock box that contains the key to the high security lock barring access to the front gate of the archery range.

2. Civilian Member - Is any member who does not fall into one of the above listed categories. This member will not be authorized access to the key that unlocks the archery range gate. Additionally, this member must be accompanied by a DOD affiliated member while he or she is utilizing the range.
