MEMBERSHIP CRITERIA and FEES
For those who are interested in a Choctaw Bowmen Archery Club membership please read the below information.
STEP ONE:
Please click and download the two forms at the bottom of this page. These forms are required to be filled out/signed by each new member(s). These forms can either be mailed to the physical address listed on the application, they can be scanned (to include the Jackson Guard Permit) and emailed to
webmaster@choctawbowmen.com or you can set up a one on one meeting with an official board member to personally drop off all the required information along with the appropiate membership fees. If you elect to email scanned copies of your required information you will still have to mail your membership fees to the address listed on the member application.

STEP TWO:
Once you have downloaded these forms, print them out and fill in all the required information.
STEP THREE:
Click on the contact us tab at the top of the screen. Let us know what option you have chosen to do.
Option #1 Mailed your information
Option #2 Scanned and emailed your information
Option #3 Would like to set up a date/time to meet with an official board member.
The meeting will be held at the Choctaw Bowmen archery range or a location determined by the board member. You will be required to bring the following items to the meeting. Both forms filled out by each member, current Jackson Guard Range Permit along with all appropriate membership fees.
NOTE: If you decide to mail your information in, you will not be issued the range combo or access to the members only page until your application has been received and reviewed.
All Choctaw Bowmen memberships will expire September 30 each year the same day the Jackson Guard permits expire. All other members are required to reup on the membership fees starting September 1 2011. If you have not received the recent email that was sent out that is because you need to pay your annual dues to remain a active member.
All blue card membership cards are now obsolete
MEMBERSHIP CARDS/APPLICATION RECEIPT IS REQUIRED TO BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES WHILE ON THE RANGE. IF NO CARD IS DISPLAYED IT IS ASSUMED YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER AND WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE OR RANGE PATROL WILL BE CONTACTED.

Working Single Membership $20.00
Working Membership Family $25.00
Deploying/TDY membership 6 months or less $10.00
***Not required to attend any scheduled maintenance days
